I reside in Charlotte but travel throughout the Southeast educating and empowering women on how to do precisely this. My mission is to support as many women as possible to take back control of their bodies... and their lives.

I am not into foo-foo or squishy concepts. My weight loss programs combine science, psychology and modern, cutting edge technologies. (I also throw in a bit of fun just to keep things interesting.) My teachings are not theory; they are tried and true strategies and systems that will benefit virtually anyone who diligently applies them.
These teachings grew out of my own struggles to control my weight. For many years I tried EVERYTHING:
I was frustrated, unhappy and desperate. Not just from the weight, but because of the repeated failures. Here I was Miss Smartie Pants (with an Ivy League education, 3 Masters and a PhD) yet all my resolve would melt away by the sight of a brownie.
I thought it was all my fault, that I didn’t have the willpower, the motivation, or the genetics to have the body I wanted.
Then one day.... thankfully.... I uncovered the secrets that changed my life forever. I discovered there's more to losing weight than just counting calories and increasing movement: you need to also activate the mind-body connection in order to get healthy.
Being thin begins within.
Through continued study and research, I learned how to literally "re-program" my mind so that I could remain within five pounds of my natural weight from that point forward. Armed with this new knowledge, I was able to finally lose the weight quickly, easily, healthfully... and permanently!
No dieting, no deprivation or depression necessary. Woo hoo!
Once I figured out how to lose weight and keep it off, I haven’t had to worry about my weight for a long, long time. Food no longer owns me. I can enjoy one piece of chocolate and feel perfectly satisfied. I can eat what I want, when I want. No stress, no worries. I can also wear anything in my closet and feel confident.
